From Dust To Done Academy™

From Preparation to Opportunity.

From Dust to Done Academy™ is DisruptHER Foundation’s flagship pre-apprenticeship program, designed to prepare women and individuals from underserved communities for careers in construction and other nontraditional industries.

Through industry-aligned training, workforce preparation, hands-on learning, supportive services, and direct exposure to employers and apprenticeship pathways, participants build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to successfully enter and advance in the workforce.

Pinkprint Business Academy™

Pinkprint Business Academy™ is DisruptHER Foundation’s entrepreneurship and business-development program for women who are starting, strengthening, or scaling businesses—particularly within construction and other nontraditional industries.

Through practical instruction, technical assistance, mentorship, and industry connections, participants learn how to build the operational infrastructure needed to pursue opportunities, compete for contracts, and grow sustainable businesses.
