DisruptHER participant and entrepreneur Alexis Frazier of Angels With A Broom LLC gained hands-on experience working alongside JINSUI Construction Clean Up LLC on a federal USPS post-construction cleaning project.
The opportunity gave her exposure to real job-site expectations, project execution, and commercial cleaning operations while also supporting her development as a business owner.
